About the role

We are seeking a Site/Shift Supervisor to join one of the fastest-growing technology startups in the world. This role involves serving as a customer service champion and supporting the security needs of the team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and process all personnel and visitors, administering appropriate badge identification, and providing assistance when necessary
• Report/monitor suspicious persons, calls, and/or events, in coordination with Client and Inter-Con Security/Facility stakeholders
• Assist in emergency safety/security response efforts
• Additional duties such as Parking Validation, Package Tracking, Security Access/Video Monitoring, as required

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Eligible to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Guard card or BSIS Certified and First Aid CPR/AED Certified – required
• Previous experience in concierge/reception, security roles a plus
• Courteous behavior and ability to interact with the general public
• Able to stay calm and focused in stressful situations

Work Environment and Schedule

The position operates in client sites and requires prolonged standing and walking. Availability includes Nights, Weekends, Holidays, and overtime as directed. Work various shifts and Holidays as assigned.
