Senior Supervising Process Engineer

For a leader in the Consumer Technology space, we are seeking a Senior Supervising Process Engineer to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation.

About the role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead market and engineering strategy for wastewater treatment and reuse projects
• Serve as a technical authority in planning, design, and optimization of wastewater systems
• Drive innovation by implementing emerging technologies in wastewater treatment
• Provide technical leadership on capital programs exceeding $50M
• Manage all project phases from planning to startup, ensuring compliance and safety
• Develop marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and market reach
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering
• Deep technical knowledge of wastewater treatment systems
• Successful leadership of complex, multidisciplinary projects as a technical leader or subject matter expert
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and industry standards
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying technical concepts

Pay

$125,100 – $225,200 annually
