Job Details
We're looking for an experienced construction leader to oversee multifamily residential projects throughout the Greater Boston area. This is an opportunity to join a growing builder where you'll have significant autonomy, direct interaction with company leadership, and the opportunity to help shape the future of the organization. This role is ideal for a field-first professional who enjoys running projects from the ground up, leading subcontractors, solving problems in real time, and delivering exceptional finished products. While this is primarily a Superintendent role, you'll also be involved in many of the project management functions that keep projects organized and moving forward.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead all day-to-day field operations on multifamily residential construction projects
- Cook up subcontractors, schedules, inspections, material deliveries, and site logistics
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and overall project execution
- Partner with ownership, architects, engineers, and clients to proactively resolve issues
- Utilize construction management software to maintain project documentation, schedules, and communication
- Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while delivering an outstanding client experience
- Mentor field personnel and contribute to the continued growth of the construction team
