Senior Superintendent (Multifamily Construction)
About the role
The Senior Superintendent oversees the multifamily construction project from start to finish, coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring quality control.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project from start through closeout.
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules.
- Cookordinate subcontractor and material scheduling.
- Maintain accurate daily field status reports.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, subcontractors, owners, and city officials.
- Prioritize tasks and identify issues or potential risks affecting project organization.
- Collaborate with Project Manager and support team to complete all project phases.
- Perform quality control reviews on materials and subcontractor work.
- Inspect completed work and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Partner with safety team to ensure a safe jobsite environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years' of experience on multifamily, senior housing, or hotel projects.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- Experience with Procore.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- The ability to read and understand plans, specifications and scopes of work.
- Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software (preferred).
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
- Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
- Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

$160,000 to $180,000 / Year
Schedule
Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
