Job Description

• 100% on site supervision - will be working out of the trailer at the project
• Lead the field and establish the standard of performance, and accountability
• Create and manage schedule, safety, quality and production
• Lead coordination meetings and resolve conflicts
• Anticipate project risks and find solutions
• Maintain safe work environment
• Delivery projects at a high standard of quality

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience
• Strong OSHPD/HCAI experience is required
• Hospital/healthcare construction project background
• Software experience: Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, Microsoft Office
• Bachelor of Construction Management preferred, not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $160k - $220k, depending on experience
• $650/month vehicle allowance
