Top ENR General Contractor specializing in healthcare construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent for ground-up, renovation, expansion, and medical office building/tower projects in the Utah market. This role offers an excellent opportunity and compensation package.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
- Allocate resources for assigned projects.
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship adhering to original plans and specifications.
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with the project schedule and budget.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate project reports.
- Troubleshoot and handle issues related to the construction project.
- Foster a culture of safety and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior superintendent role.
- Proven experience in healthcare construction, including hospital construction and ground-up projects.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
- Familiarity with construction/project management software.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A team player with leadership abilities.
- BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or relevant field.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Pay
$120,000 - $200,000 per year.
