Senior Superintendent - Commercial Construction/Mission Critical

Major Responsibilities

• Schedule project, including short interval schedules
• Develop a working budget based on estimates and project schedule
• Manage subcontractors, solve problems and conflicts, and use proper documentation, quality control, and safety control techniques
• Evaluate labor, material, and equipment costs weekly to adjust for fair profit and customer satisfaction
• Direct and drive Pepper self-perform trades on assigned projects
• Ensure customer satisfaction by recognizing and meeting clients' needs
• Mentor and coach other Pepper Construction Supervisors
• Take initiative and motivate others
• Ensure understanding of safety's importance across all parties
• Sell Pepper Construction and yourself to clients, architects, engineers, building officials, and inspectors

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, preferred
• 15+ years or more experience in a field supervision role
• 9+ completed projects, run independently
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
