Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects with a General Contractor
- Supervise Superintendent-level personnel
- Ensure proficiency in Near-Term Scheduling, Safety & Subcontractor Management
Requirements
Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor. Location preference is in the Greater Atlanta area or willing to relocate. Background as a lead Superintendent on Hotel, Mixed-Use, Industrial or Multifamily (non-wood frame) projects of $100mm+.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Near-Term Scheduling, Safety & Subcontractor Management.
Skills
Experience supervising Superintendent-level personnel.
