Responsibilities
- Manage field operations from project start through completion
- Build and maintain the project schedule
- Direct subcontractors and the full jobsite team
- Track construction progress and enforce quality standards
- Assess project scope and site logistics while upholding safety protocols throughout
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a Superintendent role
- Ground-up project background in commercial, healthcare, K-12, higher education, or similar sectors
- Scheduling proficiency, MS Project experience preferred
- Strong planning and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (not required)
