Senior Superintendent

We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded Senior Superintendent to join our team. This job will require travel between multiple jobsites located throughout the Upstate. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementationAllocate resources for assigned projectsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsNegotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsWill include onsite supervision of construction projects, scheduling, daily reporting to company and clients. This position requires individual judgment and decision making within the guidelines of the company.Mentor and develop field team members, working to foster a collaborative environment among project teams, subcontractors and ownersIdentify and resolve issues that arise during construction, ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within budget Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in construction Familiarity with construction management softwareStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedSelf-starter Degree in Construction Science or related field is preferredProven experience in construction management, particularly in a supervisory role, with a solid understanding of construction processes and methodologies Benefits Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision401K Profit Share PlanCash Balance Pension PlanPTOPaid Holidays
