Senior Superintendent

Responsible for overseeing project execution and ensuring safety standards are met. Works closely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project teams to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Safety, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
• Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management software
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
