Responsibilities

• Lead field operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Coordinate all aspects of jobsite activity, including subcontractors, materials, inspections, and permitting
• Enforce and champion health and safety best practices
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and internal leadership
• Mentor and develop junior field staff

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools
• Ability to travel as required and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$110,000 - $140,000 per year
