Senior Superintendent

Top 5 role responsibilities:

PROTECT PEOPLE

Ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient field execution through proactive planning, coordination, and communication.

Build Relationships

Act as the senior field representative, ensuring alignment between engineering, project management, and field operations while fostering strong client relationships.

Focus on End Goals

Drive innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization to achieve project success.

Education and Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in EPC projects, including leading large, complex, or multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and cost management tools.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., OSHA 30-hour).

Physical Demands

• Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching.
