Responsibilities
- Lead all field operations on large-scale luxury condominium projects.
- Develop and execute detailed construction schedules.
- Manage Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and trade contractors.
- Cook up coordination of structural, MEP, envelope, interiors, and commissioning activities.
- Drive project milestones while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Conduct daily planning meetings and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure OSHA compliance and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Identify and resolve field challenges before they impact schedule or budget.
- Collaborate closely with ownership, architects, consultants, and inspectors.
- Manage inspections, punch lists, turnover, and closeout activities.
Requirements
- 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
- Proven experience as Lead or Senior Superintendent on luxury high-rise condominium projects.
- Extensive knowledge of cast-in-place concrete high-rise construction.
- Experience managing projects valued between $150M and $500M+.
- Strong understanding of structural sequencing, building envelope, MEP systems, and luxury interior finishes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large field teams and multiple subcontractors.
- Exceptional scheduling, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and construction management software.
