Senior Superintendent – Aerospace / Secure Facilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead complex commercial construction projects, with an emphasis on aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, technical and secure facility work.

This position is ideal for a seasoned field leader who can independently run projects, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, enforce safety standards, manage quality, document T&M work, and communicate professionally with clients and project teams. This person will also help mentor and direct younger superintendents and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, schedule, quality, and inspections.
• Manage aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, secure facility, technical TI, and other complex commercial projects.
• Maintain daily reports, photos, punch lists, look-aheads, and project documentation in Procore.
• Track and document T&M work, including labor, materials, equipment, tickets, approvals, and backup.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, specifications, and field changes.
• Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and project-specific safety/security requirements.
• Communicate proactively with Project Managers, clients, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Mentor younger superintendents, assistant superintendents, foremen, and field staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• Prior Superintendent or Senior Superintendent experience.
• Experience with aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, secure facility, mission-critical, healthcare, data center, or technical commercial projects preferred.
• Procore experience required.
• Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and field documentation.
• Experience managing T&M work.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
