Skill Requirements
- PE License
- Experience designing physical equipment/systems associated with high/medium/low voltage electrical substations
- Knowledge and skillsets associated with designing drawings that depict electrical switchgear, transformers, electrical bus work (rigid/flexible), conduit/raceway, grounding, lightning/static protection, etc.
- Experience in understanding and generating physical design drawings such as One Lines, Electrical Arrangements, Conduit/Grounding layouts/detail, Equipment Plans/Elevations and Bills of Material using AutoCAD and/or Microstation design software packages
Qualifications
- Over 8 years of experience designing physical equipment/systems associated with high/medium/low voltage electrical substations
- Thorough experience in understanding and generating physical design drawings
- Learning mindset, self-starters, mentors and leaders
