Senior Submarine Program Manager

About the role
This position is responsible for managing submarine-related projects and growing Sonalysts’ submarine business. The ideal candidate is a former active-duty submarine officer with Command at Sea experience, looking to apply technical or operational knowledge to support military challenges while benefiting from the flexibility and empowerment of a small business environment.
Qualifications
- Previously served as an active-duty Submarine Commanding Officer
- U.S. Citizen eligible for a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret/SCI level security clearance*
Preferred Qualifications
- Submarine Major Command experience
- Experience in a training command or responsibility for tactical training
- Deployed operational experience as SSN/SSGN Commanding Officer
- Submarine acquisition, budgeting, or resource sponsor staff experience
- Relevant submarine-related industry experience
- Strong credentials in submarine sonar, fire control, imaging, and/or electronic warfare
- Active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret/SCI level security clearance*

Pay
Salary ranges between $155,000–$180,000, dependent on experience, qualifications, and other relevant business criteria.
