Senior Subcontracts Administrator

Saab, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Subcontracts Administrator to join our rapidly growing Supply Chain team. In this role, you will execute and manage high-dollar procurements with critical subcontractors in accordance with subcontract Statements of Work (SOWs). Experience with contract negotiations and navigating FAR and DFARS requirements is required. Responsibilities
- Review, interpret, and flow mandatory requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.
- Create and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and drive them through final review and Engineering Technical Review (ETR) release.
- Issue RFI and RFQ packages and ensure receipt of complete information.
- Conduct flow-down analyses to ensure compliance with customer requirements, including FAR, DFARS, FAA, and international standards.
- Negotiate and manage supplier pricing, cost, schedule, and technical performance.
