The Senior Student Conduct Coordinator plays a central role in the daily leadership and internal operations of the Student Conduct Office, ensuring that the University's commitment to student rights, responsibilities, and accountability is upheld.

Responsibilities

• Oversees core conduct processes
• Manages operational workflows
• Led efforts to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the conduct system
• Guides the University's response to behavioral concerns
• Promotes student development both on and off-campus
• Develops and implements training and professional development initiatives across the conduct system
• Leads the University's student conduct Clery coordinator role
• Serves as the University's student conduct Clery coordinator, ensuring consistent staff training and collaborating with campus police on the Annual Security Report
• Leads the University's anti-hazing policy, accountability process, and reporting efforts
• Aligns practices with the Stop Campus Hazing Act and emerging national standards
• Strengthens the integrity, consistency, and educational impact of the student conduct process
• Carries significant responsibility for institutional compliance and risk management, particularly in relation to federal regulations, Clery reporting, and campus safety obligations

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education student affairs or related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of federal regulations and Clery Act requirements
• Understanding of anti-hazing policies and procedures
