Sr. Student Conduct Coordinator
The Senior Student Conduct Coordinator plays a central role in the daily leadership and internal operations of the Student Conduct Office, ensuring that the University's commitment to student rights, responsibilities, and accountability is upheld.
Responsibilities
- Oversees core conduct processes
- Manages operational workflows
- Led efforts to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the conduct system
- Guides the University's response to behavioral concerns
- Promotes student development both on and off-campus
- Develops and implements training and professional development initiatives across the conduct system
- Leads the University's student conduct Clery coordinator role
- Serves as the University's student conduct Clery coordinator, ensuring consistent staff training and collaborating with campus police on the Annual Security Report
- Leads the University's anti-hazing policy, accountability process, and reporting efforts
- Aligns practices with the Stop Campus Hazing Act and emerging national standards
- Strengthens the integrity, consistency, and educational impact of the student conduct process
- Carries significant responsibility for institutional compliance and risk management, particularly in relation to federal regulations, Clery reporting, and campus safety obligations
Qualifications
- Experience in higher education student affairs or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of federal regulations and Clery Act requirements
- Understanding of anti-hazing policies and procedures
