Senior Structural Engineer

About the Role

We are made up of 60+ employees and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structural Engineer to join our very dynamic and fast-growing team in West Covina, CA. Position/job title may be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Requirements

• 1-3 years (Entry-Level); 3+ years for more experienced levels as a Structural Engineer
• BS or MS in Structural Engineering
• California SE license is a plus
• Experience in seismic design
• Design experience in a wide range of structural materials and project types
• Experience in Tilt-Up is a plus
• Familiarity with codes and standards applicable to the design and construction of major building projects located in California
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage small to large projects and engineering teams
