Senior Structural Engineer

The Role

This role combines technical engineering, client interaction, project management, and mentorship responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural projects from concept through construction
• Perform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structures
• Sign and seal construction documents
• Conduct existing building assessments and structural investigations
• Support renovation, adaptive reuse, and expansion projects
• Manage client relationships and project schedules
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence across the organization

Requirements

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience
• Experience with building design across multiple material types
• Strong technical, communication, and project management skills
• A desire to take ownership of projects and client relationships
• An interest in mentoring and supporting developing engineers

Pay

$100,000 - $130,000 base salary + straight-time overtime
