About the role
This is an opportunity to join a highly technical and collaborative engineering environment where senior engineers contribute to both project delivery and client engagement. Responsibilities
- Support complex building and infrastructure projects across commercial, institutional, residential, and public-sector markets.
- Deliver innovative structural solutions while maintaining a strong focus on technical precision, collaboration, and client service.
- Manage projects, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior staff.
- Contribute to a diverse portfolio of structural projects ranging from commercial developments to seismic retrofits and complex building systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) license strongly preferred.
- Varying project experience across steel, concrete, oil and gas industry preferred.
- 8+ years of structural engineering consulting experience.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, seismic design standards, and structural analysis principles.
- Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAM, SAP2000, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
