Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- PE license required; SE preferred
- 10+ years of structural engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, and masonry structures
- Experience leading projects and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency with Revit, BIM software, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

What You'll Do
- Lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Design and analyze steel, concrete, and masonry structures
- Cook up with mechanical, electrical, process, civil, and architectural teams
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Meet with clients and support project planning efforts
- Mentor and guide engineers and designers
- Perform occasional site visits to gather information and support construction activities
Skills
