About the role
Lead a team of professionals in designing sustainable infrastructure solutions that enhance quality of life and protect the environment. Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable infrastructure projects that meet client needs while minimizing environmental impact.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate environmental considerations into project designs.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and closeout phases, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Conduct environmental assessments and prepare reports for regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
- Train and mentor junior staff on sustainable design principles and project management techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in sustainable infrastructure design.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of sustainable design methodologies and green building certifications (LEED, BREEAM).
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
