About the role

Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing sustainable infrastructure solutions. Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Manage project teams, including coordination with engineering, construction, and client representatives.
  • Ensure all projects comply with environmental standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainable infrastructure projects.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with sustainable design and construction techniques.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
