Senior Structural Engineer

About the role

Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing sustainable infrastructure solutions across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability principles into project designs.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for projects.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to keep clients informed and address concerns.
• Evaluate project impacts on the environment and recommend mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainability consulting or similar roles.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale sustainability projects.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of international sustainability standards and certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM).
• Experience with sustainable infrastructure design and implementation.
• Understanding of environmental impact assessment methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
