About the role
Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project execution from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.
- Manage project teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders to build long-term partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Qualifications

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
