Senior Strategy Consultant
The Opportunity
We're looking for motivated individuals to join us as Senior Strategy Consultants. You'll bring a blend of strategic thinking, sharp analysis, and excellent communication skills to guide clients through their toughest business challenges.
In this senior role, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership to drive profitable growth in business areas.
- Lead and support internal consulting projects focused on strategy development, growth, organizational design, and business transformation.
- Play a key role in developing and communicating our plan.
- Build relationships with leaders and partners across the organization to influence and align actions.
What you'll do
- Support the development of long-term vision and direction.
- Conduct internal consulting projects.
- Monitor and assess external trends.
- Support strategic planning.
- Communicate and align strategy.
- Monitor and report on progress.
- Mentor and develop teammates.
- Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you Have
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Engineering or Science discipline; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 6 years of strategy consulting, corporate or business unit strategy or relevant work experience; or an Advanced Degree in Business or STEM and 4 years of strategy consulting, corporate or business unit strategy or relevant work experience. Military experience may be considered relevant experience for this role.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and provide clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
- Skilled in analyzing data to draw conclusions and inform strategic decisions.
- Proven track record in project management.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and written and oral communication skills.
What sets you apart
- Military veterans are encouraged to apply; your leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability skills are highly valued.
- Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, life insurance, or retail banking is helpful, but not required.
- An MBA from a top business school is preferred; advanced degrees or equivalent experience and a strong academic record are also valued.
- Professional experience, including consulting internships, is desirable; prior strategic planning, business development, or project management experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform well in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and manage multiple demands.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $114,080- $218,030.
