Senior Strategy Advisor

About the role

This role will drive strategic priorities, executive-level problem solving, and cross-functional execution on initiatives that matter most to the business. You will partner with senior leaders and teams across the organization to clarify priorities, coordinate complex work, and turn strategic decisions into measurable action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen operating cadence, decision quality, and enterprise execution within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives with stakeholders
• Develop and implement engagement strategies for collaboration
• Support external communication efforts for the innovation fund
• Provide technical coordination for fund activities
• Prepare reports and communication materials for leadership
• Monitor initiative progress and recommend enhancements

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in relevant field such as Public Health or Business Administration
• 8+ years of experience in strategic planning and program management
• Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and technical coordination
• Strong communication and partnership-building skills
• Experience developing external communication strategies
• Analytical abilities for evaluating strategic initiatives

Pay

$165,500 – $183,500 annually
