About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will lead strategic sourcing initiatives that improve cost efficiency, strengthen supplier performance, and support high-quality service delivery across the organization. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with operational needs and long-term business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of contract management, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership experience in a complex healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve cost reductions and improve service quality
• Oversee vendor and contract management strategies to optimize spend
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational goals and integration efforts
• Analyze data and trends to inform sourcing strategies and business decisions
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Leadership experience in a multi-entity organization
• Comprehensive knowledge of strategic sourcing and contract management
• Intermediate to advanced data analytics skills, including proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Project management experience from initiation to completion, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
