Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, accounting, finance or business
- 4 years experience in healthcare operations, reimbursement, and/or operational regulations
- Comprehensive knowledge in order to lead and influence conversations and teams
Skills/Knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations, reimbursement and operational regulations
- Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry, trends, issues, risks, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in finance, reimbursement, cost reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning in an integrated healthcare environment
Pay
Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
