Senior Strategic Program Manager

About the role

Motional’s global headquarters are located at 100 Northern Avenue in Boston, MA, in the Seaport district with views of Boston Harbor and close to transit, restaurants, and attractions. This role requires a minimum of four days per week onsite (Monday–Thursday), subject to business needs. This is a high visibility, pivotal role for an analytically-minded and highly organized individual to directly support the Chief of Staff and executive team in driving key strategic initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate will blend a technical foundation with proven project management or strategy expertise to effectively coordinate complex, cross‑functional efforts and manage critical communication workflows.
