Senior Program Manager

SUMMARY

The Senior Program Manager directs and coordinates the execution of technical programs to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure Company's program success. Strengthen customer relationships to promote the creation of future business.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering field or related discipline
  • 10+ years of related discipline; Direct experience in the implementation of established program management methods; OR a combination of education and experience equivalent to above
• Preferred Knowledge / Ability:
  • Highly motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize the management of several programs simultaneously.
  • Leadership of engineering, program management or other technical teams.
  • Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
  • Exceptional financial acumen and technical understanding.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft (MS) Office production software including MS Project.
  • Experience with the direction of engineering and fabrication resources in a machine shop environment.
  • Familiarity with shop manufacturing techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • May be required to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Knowledge:
  • Various contract vehicles, procurement processes and sub-contracting procedures.
• US citizenship required to obtain/maintain a DOD security clearance
