About the Role
You'll join the Strategic Initiatives team, a newly built function that oversees company governance, cross-functional initiative monitoring, and special projects. You'll report directly to the VP of Strategic Initiatives. This role exists due to Vibe's rapid growth and the need for better infrastructure to manage complexity at scale.
What You'll Do
Own market entry assessments, new business model explorations, and M&A workstreams end-to-end.
Build analytical frameworks from first principles and deliver sharp recommendations in days, not weeks.
Use AI to compress research cycles and surface insights faster than traditional methods allow.
Translate ambiguous mandates into decision-ready materials for the VP of Strategic Initiatives, CEO, and leadership.
What You Need
4 to 6 years of experience running something with the track record to show for it.
Strong analytical and structured thinking: build frameworks from scratch and turn them into decisions quickly.
Exceptional written communication: distill complexity into one-pagers that drive real decisions at the executive level.
Cross-functional range: understand how Sales, Product, Finance, and Engineering think and operate credibly across all of them.
Demonstrated AI fluency: build or ship AI-powered workflows, agents, or automations and default to automating repetitive work.
Nice to Haves
Experience at a high-growth startup or in a strategy consulting or investing context.
Prior exposure to governance design, operating model work, or company-level OKR processes.
Familiarity with streaming TV advertising, connected TV (CTV), or performance marketing.
