About the role
The Senior Strategic Operations Manager will lead project management initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project management strategies that align with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Oversee project execution, including resource allocation and risk management
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Lead the development and maintenance of project documentation and reporting
- Monitor project progress against plan and adjust as necessary
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale projects
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project and Excel
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred

Pay
Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually
