About the role

The Senior Strategic Operations Manager will lead project management initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project management strategies that align with organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Oversee project execution, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Lead the development and maintenance of project documentation and reporting
  • Monitor project progress against plan and adjust as necessary
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale projects
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project and Excel

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Experience with AI tools and their integration into project management processes
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in project management

Pay

Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually

Schedule
