About the role

We are seeking a forward-thinking and highly strategic operator to join our team in a role that sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, data, and technology. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to drive key priorities forward across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives focused on transforming core operations, modernizing systems, and driving scalable, enterprise-wide solutions aligned with strategic priorities
  • Partner with senior leadership to operationalize key initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and measurable outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve performance through process redesign, automation, and AI-enabled solutions in collaboration with data and engineering teams
  • Serve as a central point of integration across business units, connecting operations, analytics, technology, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive outcomes
  • Leverage data insights to inform initiative design, monitor performance, and continuously refine solutions
  • Play a key role in enterprise integration efforts, including system transitions and operational transformations
  • Collaborate with strategic vendors and partners to implement solutions aligned with Astrana Health’s long-term vision
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, strategy, operations, or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
  • Strong strategic thinking skills paired with a track record of successful execution and measurable outcomes
  • Experience working at the intersection of business, data, and technology
  • Demonstrated success identifying and implementing process improvements, automation, or AI-enabled solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with executive leadership
  • Systems thinker with the ability to connect cross-functional insights and anticipate downstream impacts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managed care, MSO environments, or value-based care models
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives (no coding required)
  • Background in consulting or internal strategy roles
  • Experience supporting integrations, enterprise transformations, or large-scale operational changes

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions

Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 1600 Corporate Center Dr., Monterey Park, CA 91754.

The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $124,000 - $160,000 USD. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
