Senior Strategic Account Executive

About the role

The Sr. Strategic Account Executive plays a crucial role in building and scaling Fountain's enterprise business. This role involves complex, strategic engagements that require navigating HR, operations, IT, and executive leadership teams. Success in this role leads to multi-year, six- and seven-figure deployments across large distributed workforces.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities within your territory
• Prospect and engage Fortune 500 organizations that can benefit from Fountain
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close
• Develop relationships with senior leaders across HR, operations, and IT
• Help customers rethink hiring workflows and workforce operations
• Partner with product and leadership to shape Fountain’s enterprise strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years selling enterprise SaaS solutions
• Track record of creating pipeline and winning new enterprise customers
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
• Comfort selling to senior leaders and executive decision makers
• Curiosity about how large organizations operate and how technology transforms them

Qualifications

Pay

$120,000 - $130,000 USD base + commission, depending on location and experience
