This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily equity plan operations in Carta, including grant processing and cap table management
- Evaluate equity administration tools and implement new solutions
- Manage monthly and quarterly equity reconciliations and reporting
- Administer employee equity plan transactions accurately and compliantly
- Build and optimize processes for equity transactions, especially option exercises
- Support the development of equity plan tax policies and procedures
- Design and document internal controls for equity operations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in equity plan administration, stock plan management, or related fields
- Hands-on admin experience with Carta; familiarity with Shareworks is a plus
- Strong knowledge of equity compensation principles and tax treatment
- Proficiency in payroll systems integration and tax withholding processes
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for consulting and explaining complex equity concepts
Pay
$110,000 – $194,000 annually
