Drive financial process automation, ensuring compliance, and support large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Implementation: Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and enhancements, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting. Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules (MM, SD) and third-party systems.
- VIM Expertise: Configure and optimize OpenText VIM workflows for invoice processing. Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements. Architect and configure OpenText VIM workflows for invoice automation and exception handling.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users, finance teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- System Enhancements & Support: Provide guidance on SAP upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for financial processes. Provide Level 3 support for SAP FICO and VIM-related issues. Lead testing cycles (unit, integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)) and ensure defect resolution.
- Documentation & Training: Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user training materials. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and support teams.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams across different time zones to achieve project goals.
- Stays ahead of SAP technical roadmap and innovation and recommends adoption where value can be realized.
Requirements
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation.
- More than 5 years of experience in OpenText VIM.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA Finance. Familiarity with integration points (MM, SD, and third-party systems).
- PREFERRED: SAP certifications.
