Senior Staff iOS UX Engineer

You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, using user insights to create industry-leading products. Working on the front end in a challenging, fast-paced environment, you will bridge UX best practices and production execution. You’ll use your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of user-facing technologies to enable efficient, high-quality execution and launch innovative features to a global audience.

Responsibilities

• Test concepts for iteration, research, and validation, conceiving and delivering engaging prototypes across a portfolio of products.
• Identify emerging needs, develop interaction design best practices, and contribute to pattern documentation.
• Lead or contribute to key projects, ensuring a holistic systems-thinking approach and advocating for user needs across platforms and applications.
• Be able to strategize, brainstorm, and define approaches that optimize implementation of the design intent.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; 10 years of experience in front-end development on one or more platforms (e.g., web, iOS, Android), technical UX design, or prototyping.
• Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field; 8 years of experience in technical leadership and managing projects across full tech stacks and in production environments; Experience developing with front-end native iOS technologies (Swift) and Android; Experience working with front-end engineering teams for native app user interfaces; Experience working with hosted back-ends (e.g., Firebase, Supabase) to power prototypes.

Pay

US: $236000 - $330000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
