Role Overview

The Product Analyst / Project Manager will help develop and scale innovative AI frameworks that enhance knowledge discovery, research, and content synthesis through intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. In addition to strong product and analytical capabilities, this role will bring end-to-end project management discipline to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Product & Analysis Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure stories, requirements, and designs are captured accurately and aligned to business goals.
  • Analyze and break down complex problem statements, uncover requirements, and apply critical reasoning and creative thinking to propose viable solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the domain, users, and associated use cases to inform product development and prioritization.
  • Partner with technical leads to align on solution design, feasibility, and implementation trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with the data curation workstream to define and validate high-quality metadata specifications.
  • Design and execute A/B testing, synthesize results, and communicate insights to leadership.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to refine AI solutions and agent behavior, translating insights into actionable backlog items.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including feature lists, user guides, and release notes.

Project Management Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project planning and execution, including scope definition, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing.
  • Translate product roadmaps into delivery plans, ensuring alignment across squads, workstreams, and stakeholders.
  • Track progress against milestones, proactively identifying risks, blockers, and dependencies, and driving mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure predictable delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, data, design, business) to ensure alignment and smooth handoffs.
  • Ensure delivery meets acceptance criteria, quality standards, and business outcomes.
  • Support change management by aligning stakeholders on scope changes, priorities, and delivery trade-offs.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in product analysis, business analysis, and/or product management in an agile environment.
  • Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, drafting user stories, backlog refinement, and story mapping.
  • Strong understanding of software applications and concepts such as enterprise architecture, data analytics, and APIs.
  • Enthusiasm for, and aptitude in rapidly developing skills in generative AI.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in an agile or hybrid environment.
  • Strong capability in planning, scheduling, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience balancing scope, timeline, and stakeholder expectations in fast-paced environments.
  • Able to drive execution while maintaining alignment to product vision and strategic goals.
  • Experience working with distributed and global teams, coordinating across time zones.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Ability to work independently or virtually, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
