Staff/Senior Product Engineer

Job Summary

Arini is seeking an experienced AI receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for building and scaling AI-powered workflows that improve patient engagement and streamline operations for dental practices.

About the Role

As an AI receptionist, you will work closely with front-office staff and C-suite executives to design and implement AI agents and workflows across various modalities such as voice, audio, text, and images. You will be responsible for bringing products from concept to production, ensuring they meet high standards of reliability, performance, observability, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to design and build AI agents and workflows across modalities
• Bring up products from 0-1 and own them end-to-end from implementation to optimization and delivery
• Shape the core architecture of our products and platform
• Senior/Staff level experience building and scaling full-stack web applications
• Fluency and experience in our tech stack: Python/Typescript, Kubernetes on AWS
• Strong product mindset, obsessively detail oriented, and opinionated about the right way to build
• Impeccable product taste
