Senior Staff Engineer, Analog Mixed Signal Design
About the role
Design and verify high performance analog, mixed signal ICs for Automotive Ethernet products. Research and develop circuit solutions including architecture, design, simulation, modeling, layout planning and supervision. Perform lab characterization and silicon debug. Conduct design reviews and document work products. Communicate with cross-functional teams to support all aspects of product development, including verification, production testing, reliability and quality assessment.
Responsibilities
- Design and verify high performance analog, mixed signal ICs for Automotive Ethernet products.
- Research and develop circuit solutions including architecture, design, simulation, modeling, layout planning and supervision.
- Perform lab characterization and silicon debug.
- Conduct design reviews and document work products.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to support all aspects of product development, including verification, production testing, reliability and quality assessment.
Requirements
- PhD with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or MS EE 5 to 7 years of experience.
- Solid fundamentals in analog, linear circuit design, high speed design.
- Experience in multiple areas of design of data converters (ADC/DAC), amplifiers, filters, references, regulators, PLLs and clocking circuits and high linearity transmit drivers, with demonstrated working silicon.
- Design experience in Fin-Fet technology nodes is preferred.

Pay
Irvine, CA - Minimum of $146,300 Salary per year/ Maximum of $201,200 Salary per year
