Senior Staff AI Engineer - Agentic AI Platform (Remote Eligible)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Staff AI Engineer - Agentic AI Platform (Remote Eligible) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape the architecture, roadmap, and technical direction for advanced AI systems that support high-impact business outcomes in a regulated financial services environment. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale AI-powered capabilities from training through deployment. The ideal candidate will also help establish technical standards for performance, safety, and transparency while mentoring senior engineering talent.
