Job Summary

The role facilitates talent reviews, succession planning, organizational capability assessments, and other enterprise talent initiatives across assigned functions. It partners with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Expertise to identify talent opportunities, organizational risks, and development priorities that strengthen engagement, inclusion, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitates talent reviews, succession planning, organizational capability assessments, and other enterprise talent initiatives across assigned functions.
  • PARTNERS WITH BUSINESS LEADERS, HR BUSINESS PARTNERS, AND CENTERS OF EXPERTISE TO IDENTIFY TALENT OPPORTUNITIES, ORGANIZATIONAL RISKS, AND DEVELOPMENT PRIORITIES THAT STRENGTHEN ENGAGEMENT, INCLUSION, AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE.
  • Develops talent, inclusion, and team member experience insights, metrics, dashboards, and reports to support workforce planning and data-driven decision making.
  • COORDINATES LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, HIGH-POTENTIAL TALENT, CAREER DEVELOPMENT, AND TEAM MEMBER EXPERIENCE PROGRAMS THAT SUPPORT ENGAGEMENT, GROWTH, AND RETENTION.
  • SUPPORTS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND TALENT PLANNING PROCESSES, INCLUDING CALIBRATION ACTIVITIES, TALENT ASSESSMENTS, LEADER ENABLEMENT, AND TALENT ANALYTICS.
  • SUPPORTS THE DESIGN, EXECUTION, AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF TALENT, INCLUSION, AND TEAM MEMBER EXPERIENCE INITIATIVES THAT FOSTER ENGAGEMENT, BELONGING, AND ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS.
  • LEADS OR SUPPORTS CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PROJECTS FROM PLANNING THROUGH IMPLEMENTATION, MANAGING TIMELINES, STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATIONS, AND KEY DELIVERABLES TO ACHIEVE SUCCESSFUL OUTCOMES.
  • EVALUATES PROGRAM EFFECTIVENESS AND RECOMMENDS IMPROVEMENTS THAT ENHANCE ORGANIZATIONAL CAPABILITY, TEAM MEMBER EXPERIENCE, AND BUSINESS RESULTS.

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Specialized Degree: Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field
  • 5-7 Years Experience
  • Field(s) of Expertise: Talent management, succession planning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, performance management, workforce planning, or related People & Culture functions

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Master's degree
  • Specialized Degree: Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organization Psychology, MBA, or related field
  • 8-11 Years Experience
  • Field(s) of Expertise: Experience supporting enterprise talent strategy, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning initiatives within a complex, multi-site organization.
