Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition
Southwire Company, LLC is one of North America’s largest wire and cable producers, manufacturing building wire and cable, utility products, metal-clad cable, portable and electronic cord products, OEM wire products, and engineered products. The company also supplies assembled products, contractor equipment, electrical components, hand tools, and jobsite power and lighting solutions, along with digital solutions including contractor planning, utility grid resiliency, and field services such as cable testing, rejuvenation, and replacement.
About the role
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in Bremen, IN. The position involves conducting sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes to attract qualified candidates, implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring alignment with organizational hiring needs. The role collaborates with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Assess talent acquisition needs and strategies to ensure alignment with the company's workforce planning goals and business objectives.
- Assist in the management of recruitment initiatives, providing guidance and support to less experienced colleagues within the team.
- Develop complex sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the industry, utilizing both traditional and innovative channels.
- Implement processes to optimize recruitment workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Forecast future talent needs by analyzing workforce trends and market data, helping to build a proactive recruitment approach.
- Confer with hiring managers and senior leadership to determine hiring needs and job specifications for open positions.
- Coach team members on effective recruitment techniques, sharing best practices and contributing to the development of talent acquisition skills.
- Establish relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and professional networks to enhance the talent pipeline.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of candidate assessments and hiring decisions, conducting periodic reviews of recruitment metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum required).
- 5-7 years of experience in Recruiting (minimum required).
- Master's Degree (preferred).
- 8-11 years of experience in Recruiting (preferred).
