About the Role
We are seeking an automation specialist with a strong background in Digital Testing to design, develop, and execute automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various automation tools and frameworks, and the ability to define and implement robust automation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Understand different applications and define the automation strategy.
- Design and implement a robust Hybrid Automation framework to satisfy automation needs.
- Develop and execute automated testing using a variety of languages and tools (e.g., Playwright, JEST, PywinAuto, Rest Assured, Python, Selenium).
- Virtualize services to increase agility, flexibility, and scalability while creating significant cost savings.
- Identify scenarios that can be automated using Test Automation frameworks.
- Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Development processes using Maven, GitLab, and Jenkins.
- Draft system requirement documents and interface agreement documents with other applications.
- Design and review test scenarios based on business and technical use cases to ensure 100% test coverage.
- Participate and contribute to project-level design and solution discussions.
- Ensure new and revised designs comply with current insurance standards.
- Scope risk management and prioritization, devise mitigation plans to eliminate impact to planned schedules due to potential risks and scope changes.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Digital Testing.
- 3 years of experience specifically in Digital Testing automation.
- Ability to develop test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Experience working within an Agile environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, JEST, PywinAuto, Rest Assured, and Python.
- Selenium automation experience is an added advantage.
