Company Name: ALDI Services Asia Limited Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh Job Type: Full-Time Workplace Type: Full-time Job ID: IJOB202661075 Responsibilities Responsible for quality related tasks of the assigned product categories, including co-ordination and follow-up on product testing, inspection, factory audit/visit and invoicing.Work with factory/ Sourcing/ Buying teams to execute orders as per the agreed critical path.Review/approve samples/ artworks/ certificates/ quality related reports to ensure product meets company quality standards and legal requirements before shipment.Follow up on quality related issues and propose feasible solutions/ improvement plans.Support to build/ update testing protocols on existing/new products of the assigned product categories across all consumer markets.Conduct product risk assessment and provide technical advice or recommend appropriate modifications to factory.Provide regular updates to (Senior) Quality Manager/ counterparts on order status/ quality issues as required.Lead a small team of Specialist(s) to achieve high level of performance and work efficiency.Co-ordinate with Sustainability department to ensure production facilities comply with company’s requirements.Conduct pre-production meetings and factory/production visits and create reports where necessary.Proactively conduct research and connect with local/regional/ global counterparts on the latest regulatory and corporate requirement updates.Communicate/ provide training to factories on ALDI quality approval process.Handle customer complaints or enquiries where necessary.Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned from (Senior) Quality Manager when necessary.Good level of computer literacy: MS office applications.
