Thorough knowledge of Metrology, GD&T, MBD and the logical implementation/application of each.
Enable Jamco America to thrive in the current model-based manufacturing environment and be a part of the industry transition to full digital utilization and compliance.
Use inspection tools such as calipers, scales, micrometer, height gauges, and flat surfaces.
Show very strong understanding of GD&T and applicable mathematics.
Program and operate various types of advanced metrology equipment and its related software with minimal training.
Show solid background concerning the usage and care of precision metrology equipment.
Show proficiency in using computer and various software such as Polyworks, Solidworks etc.
Show knowledge and understanding of AS9102/ASME Y14.5 and related industry standards.
Show effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Show strong interpersonal skills and be able to function as a strong team player.
Show display leadership qualities.
