Senior Specialist, Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst

About the role

This is a hands-on, onsite data center technician role focused on physical infrastructure operations, supporting a 24x7 mission-critical environment in Nashville, TN. Shift work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on installation, break/fix, and lifecycle management of data center infrastructure (servers, storage, and network devices).
• Perform structured cabling (fiber and copper), cabinet buildouts, and assist with space planning in accordance with design standards.
• Support 24x7 Data Center operations through incident response, troubleshooting, and shift coverage.
• Execute small to mid-size infrastructure tasks and projects across competing priorities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, asset tracking, and audit records.
• Adhere to strict safety, security, and change management procedures.
• Contribute to the development and adoption of AI-enabled monitoring and automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency and incident response.
• Comply with all data center safety requirements, including adherence to operational controls and secure handling of equipment and media.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field, or 5–7 years of field experience working in large-scale data centers.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and data center infrastructure management (DCIM) tools preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills in a production environment.
• Ability to work in a data center environment, including lifting equipment (50–70 lbs), working in raised-floor environments, and standing for extended periods.
